So the handover goes smoothly: we prepare the flat broom-clean and, on request, take care of the complete inspection with the landlord.
Broom-clean – and more on request
After decluttering we hand the flat over broom-clean as standard. On request we also take care of the final clean, minor cosmetic repairs, removing wall plugs or painting walls, so there are no deductions from the deposit.
Handover to the housing company
We work regularly with the region's major housing companies. On request we document meter readings, attend the handover, fill in the landlord's handover report and hand over the keys.

Yes. With authorisation and by arrangement we handle the flat handover, including the report and handover of keys, in your absence too.
Yes, on request we take care of minor cosmetic repairs such as filling wall-plug holes or painting, to avoid deductions from the deposit.
